As an Academic Guide and Student Mentor, he is responsible for managing practice sessions and doubt-clearing sessions, helping students strengthen their market analysis skills and gain greater conceptual clarity. He also manages the NexGen alumni community, fostering continued learning, professional networking, collaboration, and long-term engagement within the academy’s ecosystem.

Mrs. Rashmi serves as the Chief Financial Officer of NexGen Trading Academy. With more than five years of experience managing the financial operations of multinational companies, she brings strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cost management. Her strategic financial oversight plays an important role in supporting NexGen’s sustainable growth and long-term business objectives.

Kabir Singh is a full-time trader, financial market educator, and Managing Director - Operations at Nexgen Trading Academy. With over five years of experience, he specializes in Forex, Cryptocurrency, Elliott Wave Theory, and Time Analysis, mentoring aspiring traders through practical, disciplined, and risk-focused market education.

As a Core Team Member, Ms. Tanishka supports the founders in business operations, project coordination, stakeholder communication, recruitment, research, and administrative management. They help drive the smooth execution of strategic initiatives, maintain team accountability, and ensure organizational processes are carried out efficiently and professionally.

Mr. Ankur serves as the Head of Operations at the Bengaluru Centre of NexGen Trading Academy, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional functioning of the centre. As one of the key pillars of the Bengaluru operations, he supports the coordination of academic activities, student engagement, administrative processes, and day-to-day operational execution. With a strong focus on organization, responsiveness, and effective coordination, Mr. Ankur works closely with the leadership team to translate the Academy’s vision into a consistent and professional experience for students. He plays an important role in maintaining operational discipline, facilitating communication, addressing day-to-day requirements, and ensuring that students receive timely support throughout their learning journey.
