• We reserve the right to modify pricing, offers, and promotions without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
• The Academy shall not be responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment processors, or technical issues beyond our control.

7.Refund Policy

At NexGen Trading Academy, significant resources, faculty time, proprietary educational content, technology infrastructure, and administrative efforts are allocated immediately upon enrollment. Therefore, all applicants are advised to carefully review program details before making any payment.

7.1Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following purchases are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Books (physical or digital)
• E-books and study materials
• Recorded courses and video content
• Webinars
• Seminars
• Workshops
• Masterclasses
• Educational events
• Certification fees
• Application fees
• Registration fees
• Any downloadable digital content

Once purchased, accessed, downloaded, issued, attended, or delivered, no refund shall be provided for the above products and services.

7.2Course Fee Refund Policy

Refund requests related to regular training programs and courses offered by NexGen Trading Academy may be considered only under exceptional circumstances.

Refund applications must:

• Be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of enrollment/payment.
• Be supported by valid documentary evidence.
• Relate to serious and unavoidable circumstances beyond the student's control.

Examples include:

• Hospitalization of the student
• Serious medical emergencies
• Major accidents
• Critical health conditions certified by a registered medical practitioner
• Other extraordinary circumstances considered genuine by the Academy

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

7.3Circumstances Where Refund Will Not Be Granted

Refunds shall not be provided for:

• Change of mind after enrollment
• Lack of interest in the course
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Work-related commitments
• Academic workload
• Relocation
• Failure to attend classes
• Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
• Partial course completion
• Failure to utilize course materials or learning resources
• Lack of trading success or investment performance

7.4Review and Approval

All refund requests shall be reviewed by the management of NexGen Trading Academy on a case-by-case basis.

The Academy reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or reject any refund request after evaluating the supporting documents and circumstances presented.

7.5Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• Administrative, processing, banking, payment gateway, GST, and other applicable charges may be deducted.
• The refund shall be processed through the original mode of payment wherever feasible.
• Processing may take up to 15–30 working days from the date of approval.

7.6Final Authority

The decision of NexGen Trading Academy regarding any refund request shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.

By making any payment and enrolling in any course, program, workshop, seminar, webinar, mentorship program, or educational service offered by NexGen Trading Academy, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

8.Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by NexGen Trading Academy, including but not limited to videos, presentations, PDFs, study materials, trading frameworks, graphics, logos, course content, and website content, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, record, redistribute, publish, sell, license, share, or modify any Academy content without prior written permission.

9.Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Share course materials with third parties.
• Use Academy content for commercial purposes.
